Reflection of Food and PA Log

Insights and lessons learned from my health and fitness tracking experience.

Over the past week, I’ve noticed that my meals have been leaning more towards fried chicken with fewer vegetables. I realize that while fried chicken can be satisfying, I need to balance my diet better by including more vegetables and other healthier options to support my overall well-being. This shift will help me feel more energized and improve my nutrition in the long run.

As for my physical activity, I’ve been consistent with my routine, and I know it’s important to keep pushing forward. I’ve set a goal to not only maintain my current level of activity but to gradually increase the intensity and duration of my exercises. Progress will come with consistency, so I’m focusing on making small improvements every day, which will eventually help me build strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
